anybody new into polishs usually has some fertility problems for the first breeding season, because the birds nned to be plucked, you see the males cannot see to well with a full crest, if you pull some of the feathers out of the front, then this increases his vision which makes a better chance that he might mount the female properly. Also you might want to take some feathers out of the vent area, because even if they can see better it doesnt mean they are going to accurate because of all the feathers. Just a tip to all
